Industrial environments
WTP technical compounds are also used to improve safety in enclosed industrial environments where static build-up poses an explosion risk through the presence of flammable solvents, explosives or gases in the atmosphere.

Advanced and versatile compounding equipment
Investment in advanced processing equipment enables WTP to create compounds to the most demanding specifications. The company's new 58mm Twin Screw Extruder, supplied by NFM Welding Engineers, is believed to be the first of its kind in Europe. Together with the existing prism 48mm Twin Screw Extruder they provide a versatile arrangement to serve the market for technical compounds. WTP have the flexibility to meet high technical specifications across a range of polymers. |
